About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Team Member to join our team in FT LAUDERDALE. As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed. You will also be responsible for processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Passionate about turning friendly conversations on the shop floor into sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to connect with the community around the store
