Duties
- Conduct engaging group fitness classes in various formats such as Kickboxing, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, and CrossFit.
- Provide personalized training sessions that focus on individual goals and fitness levels.
- Design and implement effective fitness programs based on principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to prevent injuries.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation from all members.
- Assist with fitness sales by promoting classes and personal training services to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance teaching methods.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a well-rounded health club experience.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes or personal training.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Familiarity with program design tailored to diverse client needs.
- Experience in various fitness disciplines including Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Dancing, CrossFit, and Sports Coaching is highly desirable.
- Previous work in a gym or health club setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
