Our Compensation:
Here at Crunch we structure our compensation to reward our employees for their dedication to revenue growth, team development, client retention as well as personal growth. Includes an attractive salary with a monthly bonus plan, also able to receive extra quarterly bonus too!
What We Look For In Our General Manager:
● A record of success in driving revenue
● Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
