Facilities Manager

Five Iron Golf (5i) is the country's biggest indoor golf company with 28 locations across the United States.

We offer indoor golf simulation, lessons, golf fittings, events, and food and beverage service.  As we expand, we are looking for team-oriented employees who help continue our most important tradition: providing outstanding customer service. 

We are seeking a Facilities Manager in Philadelphia. The Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and well-maintained work environment. The responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing preventative maintenance and breaks and repairs. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in facilities management and an understanding of basic handiwork. This new hire will oversee three Philly locations in Rittenhouse, Fishtown, and Logan Square. In total, these locations have 23 simulators. 

Responsibilities include the following: 

Simulator Operations 

● Responsible for keeping simulators in good working condition 

● General maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting 

● Maintain and replace cameras, projectors, screens, mats, etc. 

Utilities and Space Maintenance 

● Work with all vendors for repairs, breaks, replacement equipment, etc. 

● Source vendors for bigger repairs 

● Ensure the space is always kept clean (daily cleaning company not in place, so cleaning is a part of this job) 

● Lead deep cleaning projects 

● Ensure that the location adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations 

● Carpentry 

● Sheetrock/Patch & Paint/Wallpaper 

● Minor appliance Repair 

● Minor electrical and plumbing repair 

● Knowledge of HVAC and related mechanical systems 

● Understand prioritization and a sense of urgency; able to meet deadlines 

Required Qualifications: 

● Proven working experience in facility management and/or construction 

● Proficiency in email and calendar management 

● Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well 

● Detail oriented, task oriented 

● Team player with strong communication and presentation skills

Job Type: This position will be a full time exempt role 

Hours: Will vary by week. Generally standard business hours Monday to Friday but there might be morning, evening, or weekend work around special events. Must be on call to help with emergencies as well. Salary: The salary range for this position will be $45-65k
