Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training programs to learn about the company’s operations, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
• Support the execution of retail marketing campaigns and on-site sales promotions for client brands, working closely with senior team members.
• Engage directly with customers to create memorable brand experiences and drive sales.
• Assist with planning and delivering public speaking engagements to promote brand awareness and sales efforts.
• Develop your negotiation skills by interacting with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective product distribution and service.
• Learn effective communication and customer service techniques, maintaining a professional phone and in-person demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:
