Mosquito Shield, the nation’s leading home services provider of mosquito control, seeks a

Marketing Project and Performance Manager to join our corporate marketing team.

Mosquito Shield supports over 100 local franchise owners across the United States and is part of the Five Star Franchising portfolio of home services brands.

This position is both strategic and tactical, requiring a strong combination of project management expertise, digital marketing acumen, and proficiency in website performance and analytics. The goal is to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that enhance lead generation and drive sales for individual franchisees.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong project management and analytical skills to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table with a commitment to continually learning and improving campaign performance.
  • Drive key quarterly initiatives and long-term projects from inception to completion across cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and sales growth.
  • Communicate effectively and provide training to internal teams and external agencies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing people, projects, and deadlines.

RequirementsPreferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project management and digital marketing, with proficiency in performance marketing channels.
  • Experience working in a franchise system (home services or pest control experience is a plus but not required).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with agency / client relations.
