Part-Time Lawn Maintenance Team Member Wanted

Location: Mineral, Virginia Position Type: Part-Time Pay: $15 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Flexible; 25-35 hours per week, begin at 7:30am Monday-Friday.

About the Role: We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our lawn care team! As a Lawn Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help maintain residential and commercial properties by mowing, trimming, edging, and performing basic yard maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Manicure lawns using push and/or zero-turn mowers

• Trim and edge walkways, driveways, and flower beds

• Leaf and debris cleanup

• Mulching, weeding, and basic landscaping

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and vehicles, including driving a truck with trailer

• Report issues like pests, weeds, or irrigation problems

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred, but not required)

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Basic knowledge of lawn care tools and safety practices

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
