We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painting Estimator & Project Manager to join our team in Utah County. This dual-role position involves meeting with potential customers to provide painting estimates and overseeing project management to ensure jobs are completed on time and to Five Star Painting standards. With a flexible schedule, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and project oversight.

Estimating:
- Meet with potential customers to assess their painting needs.
- Provide detailed, accurate estimates for residential and commercial painting projects.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their vision and addressing concerns.

Project Management:
- Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and to high-quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with painters, customers, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, customer interactions, and project progress.
- Collaborate with the Five Star Painting team to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales, estimating, or project management is a plus (painting industry experience preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with technology and basic software tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
