The Opportunity
Our experienced HVAC Installation Leads serve our customers throughout the Phoenix Valley area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits
- On Target Earnings: $70,000-150,000

Responsibilities
- Service customer homes within the Phoenix metro
- Install HVAC and ancillary systems in customer homes including:
- Furnaces
- A/C Systems
- Ductwork
- Humidifiers
- Work alongside and coach HVAC Install Apprentices
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Prior experience developing an Apprentice
- Basic hand and power tools required to complete installation work
- Experience with the start-up of multiple system types
Requirements
- 2 years of residential HVAC Installation experience
- EPA Type II Certification
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly over the course of the workday

Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday, Rotating Saturdays
Salary : $70,000 - $150,000
