Fix-It 24/7 has delivered top-notch plumbing and HVAC service across Charleston for over 20 years. We just moved to a new, upgraded location at 499 Jessen Ln, Suite B, Wando, SC - and we’re still growing.
We’re hiring a Dispatcher to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This isn’t your typical call center role. You’ll need to prioritize jobs, manage tech routes, and stay sharp when things change fast.
The Dispatcher Opportunity
- Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to customer homes for scheduled and emergency calls
- Coordinate jobs and communicate updates across multiple field teams
- Relay critical information between technicians and customers with clarity and professionalism
- Reschedule and follow up on service calls as needed
- Ensure accurate technician timecards and job status updates
- Assist with incoming service calls and customer scheduling
Dispatcher Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00 - $24.00/hour starting pay

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dispatching in the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) Not Logistics
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone presence and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with service dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dispatcher Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to reliably commute to our office
- Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

Schedule:
- Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Saturday shifts 8:00am - 4:00pm
Salary : $22 - $24
