Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using our GUIDE program to help guests find the right gear, feel at home in nature, and connect with our sustainability mission
• Drive sales and conversions by asking great questions, sharing your product knowledge, and helping guests make confident purchase decisions
  
• Support day-to-day operations like restocking, cash handling, and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting
  
• Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, welcoming work environment that reflects Fjallraven's values
  
• Participate in local events and community activations that strengthen brand presence and guest loyalty
  
• Stay curious and informed: participate in training, learn about new arrivals, and keep up with our sustainability initiatives like the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise

• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• A track record of delivering great customer service and connecting with people of all backgrounds
• A passion for sustainability and the outdoors
• Dependability and a proactive approach to work
• Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and retail operations
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, values-driven team
• Preferred, but not required: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing role
