Flag Star Football is looking for reliable, high‑energy coaches to join our team for the upcoming Spring Flag Football season across DC, Maryland and Virginia (metro) area. This is a competitive opportunity to be part of one of the region’s most respected youth sports programs, known for its positive, developmental culture.
What the Season Looks Like
- Season Length: 8 weeks (Dates TBD by location)
- Weekend Rec Leagues: Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM–8:30 PM
- After‑School Programs: Select sites Monday–Friday, 3:00–5:30 PM
- Shifts vary by location and will be discussed during the interview
Who Thrives Here
- Strong communicators with great presence and eye contact
- Coaches who stay calm, solve problems quickly, and bring real energy
- Experience with youth football (preferred)
- Organized, dependable, and great with families
- Passionate about working with kids and building community
- Reliable transportation ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Access to a working cell phone and regular email/web
Requirements
- Must pass a standard background check
- Commit to the full season
- CPR/First Aid certification recommended
