What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer/Technician position at Flagpoles etc?
Responsibilities:
Be able to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
Must have experience pulling a large trailer.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, unassisted
Work with materials including dirt, concrete, sand, aluminum and steel etc.
Consistently and effectively read written material necessary to confirm installation requirements
Possess a valid driver license and driving record that is sufficient under company auto insurance policy.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Work effectively, as part of a team, with a positive attitude
Work independently on a customer site
Travel to different job sites. Out of state travel pays a premium! This is when you make all your money! Pay range reflects overtime available and premium pay for out of state travel
Job Responsibilities:
Installation & troubleshooting of flagpoles and foundations. (training provided)
Participate in training, following instructions and procedures
Represent the company and communicate with customers in a professional manner
Utilize smartphone/tablet for time keeping, scheduling, and company communications
Loading and unloading of trucks
Misc. warehouse activities as needed
Premium pay for out of state travel

Expected hours: 40 per week (unless out of state)
