Flags International is a retail flag and flagpole store that offers stock flag products, full service flagpole installation and service and a full-time custom design department for all manner of customizable flags and banners.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Flags International is a unique company in the flag and banner industry by having a full-time Customer Service Specialist that is responsible for fulfilling our customers needs.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
* To assist customers in the store, via telephone, or via e-mail in a timey fashion.
* Process internet orders as necessary.
* Ship product to customers via UPS, FedEx, or USPS,
* Work with customers on ideas and projects for flags and flagpoles.
* Manage/update flags, flagpoles, and flagpole parts inventory.
* Respond to request for quotes on flags, and flagpole projects.
* Work with customers to schedule installations and repairs of flagpoles.
* Work with General Manger to update pricing and products.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom, grounds and offices
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
Minimum: High School or GED.
Skills:
Good interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer literacy necessary
Ability to use a sewing machine is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
