Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' independence and quality of life. Daily tasks include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting patient progress, and providing education to patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and adaptive techniques.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience working with Geriatrics (preferred)
- Relevant certifications and licenses to practice Occupational Therapy
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
