PTA responsibilities daily rehab treatment sessions per established Plan of Care and under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Daily billing and documentation completed for residents on caseload electronically via Net Health (formally Optima HCS), adhering to a weekly productivity of 90%.

Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking / standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
