Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Lead and train showroom staff to provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Develop layout designs that optimize product visibility and enhance customer engagement.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage the cash register/POS system efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote showroom events and special promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
Skills
