Job Description:
Texas Frac, situated in northern Texas, specializes in producing sand for the foundry, glass, construction, and frac sand markets. With a commitment to quality and innovation, Texas Frac is a key contributor to the industries it serves.
The position performs a variety of tasks at the mine site. Tasks that require little skill can be learned quickly. Other tasks require considerable experience or training. General laborers are often required to work outside in all kinds of weather or in buildings without heating or air conditioning or in situations including high heights and poor soil conditions.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general maintenance of mine facility and grounds.
• Support lab personnel with daily duties.
• Serve as a parts/supply courier.
• Safely operate various mobile equipment.
• Assist in wash and dry plant operations.
• Contribute to reclamation operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance required.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused on tasks.
• Willingness to be cross-trained for additional responsibilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a toxicity test and obtain medical clearance for respiratory protection.
• Team-oriented, capable of building rapport with coworkers and external agencies.
• Strong multitasking and priority-setting skills.
• Understanding that employees may serve in various roles.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Engage in physical activities such as standing, squatting, kneeling, and making visual inspections.
• Must wear personal protective equipment as needed.
