Day Hours - Mon-Fri
Group: Remote Operations, Tier II Team
Key Responsibilities:
● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
● Provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
● Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
● Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
● Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
Mandatory Skills:
Hardware
Remote Assistance
Remote Desktop
Requirements:
HS or GED And 15 yrs OR
Bachelor's and 10
IAT I Certification
Must be a US Citizen.
Approximate Salary Range: $80,400- $91,300
