What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Technician position at Flatrock?
Flatrock is looking for Lawn Care Technicians to join our team! This is a full-time position and will service our 40 homes in Genesee County.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws
- Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming/edging around flower beds, walks, or walls
- Assist Maintenance team
- Clean sites, clean gutters, trim trees, power wash surfaces
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, groundskeeping and snow removal required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: lift and carry 50 lbs, and walk/stand/bend for periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
