Job Title : Corporate Performance Analyst - MUST SIT IN FLORIDA

Key Responsibilities :

Compile and analyze financial and operational data to track performance against benchmark objectives.

Conduct deep dives into data to identify reasons for any deviations from performance targets.

Performance Management :

Manage performance expectations and reporting by overseeing the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) for the company.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide insights to senior management.

Operational Audits :

Conduct audits of internal operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.

Meeting and Task Management :

Assist with monitoring and scheduling meetings, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of objectives.

Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Pay : $25 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday (Part Time), 20 hours per week, January through April 2025. This position is not eligible for medical / dental benefits
