• Truly understand the impact of the role as a member of the Fleetway family and the responsibility to the brand to ensure every interaction is focused on the successful outcome of Delighting Others! This will be accomplished starting with the very first interaction…greetings from a warm smile with an open and friendly demeanor. A full, neat uniform and body language which encourages connection and provides a sense of welcome. Once the initial impression is made, the differentiation should continue to build throughout each interaction.
• Serve and support fellow employees through their dedication in helping strengthen our culture in focusing on supporting others with:

• Serving as the initial face for our brand through the initial greet and interaction with guests and, at times, our brand ambassador for customer complaints
• Providing exemplary service through the transaction process from their pleasant and professional demeanor at the register to the efficient and effective check-out process
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Stocking, fronting and merchandising of all products maintaining an appealing atmosphere
• Operates retail cash register and accurately transacts items for checkout
• Dedicated to promoting the highest level of cleanliness through the continued maintenance and sanitizing of all areas of the store
• Dedicated to the security of our people, our brand and company assets
