This customer service position in the auto repair industry earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

As an Automotive Service Advisor, your friendly face is the first one our customers see when they visit our auto repair shop. Prioritizing customer service, you greet every client with a smile and carefully listen to their concerns. You communicate with our clients about recommended car services and repairs as well as write up invoices for them to look over and sign. As someone who is honest and persuasive without being pushy, you are effective at converting recommendations into sales.

You keep customers in the loop throughout the repair process, providing updates and contacting them when their vehicle is ready for pickup. Always eager to learn, you stay on top of all the newest automotive technologies and products so you can provide the most up-to-date information to our customers. You love helping people each day, and you feel great knowing that our customers and technicians value your efforts!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

• 1 years of customer relationship management experience

• Advising experience

• Customer service and relations experience

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required. Are you organized and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you thrive in a collaborative team environment? WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

This full-time position can choose to work five 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday OR four 10-hour shifts Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday.
