Wildlife Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Wildlife Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of wildlife control and exclusion techniques, ensuring humane and effective management of wildlife issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify wildlife entry points and signs of activity.
• Implement humane trapping, removal, and exclusion methods for various wildlife species.
• Repair and seal entry points to prevent future wildlife intrusions.
• Educate clients on preventive measures and provide recommendations for wildlife-proofing their properties.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including detailed reports of inspections, treatments, and follow-up actions.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding wildlife control and management.
• Collaborate with the pest control team to provide integrated pest management solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wildlife control and exclusion work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local wildlife species, their behaviors, and effective control methods.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to wildlife trapping and exclusion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Certification or licensing in wildlife control is preferred.
