As a Printer and Copier Technician, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment while promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products while working on-site with one of our customer locations.

- By maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair
- By engaging the customer to provide superior customer satisfaction
- By managing time to be most effective with multiple, competing priorities
Who we are looking for:
- Prior HP experience in maintaining and repairing office equipment is preferred (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Okidata, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox experience is a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills
- Computer and analytical skills with knowledge of basic networking
- High School Diploma required; Electronics or Computer associate's degree preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
- Qualified candidates for this position must be fully vaccinated by the start date of hire for the Covid 19 virus and be able to provide proof of vaccination. Fully vaccinated refers to at least two (2) weeks after the final dose on a two-dose vaccination series (Pfizer or Moderna) or at least two (2) weeks after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Johnson and Johnson).
