Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Program Manager located in Austin, TX. Reporting to the Director, Program Management the Program Manager will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. What a typical day looks like: Initiates, documents, tracks and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery. Creates and ensures adherence to project and program budgets. Organizes project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors and the community. Interacts regularly with Customer Focus Team, other departments and customers. Develops and drives strategies to deliver customer requirements. Drafts and holds reviews with CFT and other departments as needed on aggregate program proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Responsible for customer satisfaction, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) collection and related reviews and corrective actions. Drafts and presents detailed and high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers and others. Leads program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies. Responsible for Program Profit and Loss (P&L), financial outlook plan, tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results. Hands on functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas; understands the strategic impact of the function across sites. The experience we’re looking to add to our team, 7 years of experience in a similar position. Must have experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
