Primary Position Requirements

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets for gross profit, new activations, upgrades, wireless internet, smart phones, accessories and client satisfaction
  • Obtain and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Wireless including pricing, plans, accessories, and all service features
  • Provide client with world-class customer service while offering solutions based on recommendations to allow for a dynamic customer experience
  • Retention of clients through the sales process and follow up to ensure stasifaction and referral throughout client life cycle
  • Maintain a Premium Retail work environment at all times

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Computer skills: ability to multiple-task and work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer and company information
  • Active learning skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Direct Sales
  • Retail sales
  • Retail Customer service experience
  • Ability to identify client needs, make recommendations, and add value based products which are mutually beneficial for the client and profitable for the company
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs require
  • Effective organizational, negotiation, and closing skills
