Position Summary
This role collaborates closely with the Sales team and holds responsibility for cultivating strong relationships with both existing customers and prospects within the Enterprise Sales Team. The primary focus includes actively engaging in opportunities, conducting thorough reporting and analysis, auditing processes, and developing impactful strategies and proposals throughout the sales lifecycle.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Analyze and leverage datasets to provide expert opinion to the leadership team during deal formation.
- Build and analyze strategic reports for planning of short-term and long-term customer needs/business objectives.
- Manage assigned projects such as Quarterly Business Reviews, research initiatives, and on-site customer evaluations and sales presentations.
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs of prospect and customer locations for in-depth analysis of their Managed Print Solution (MPS) needs.
- Attend crucial meetings to contribute to the formulation of deal strategies, participate in account reviews, and contribute to customer proposal development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing internal systems, including Dynamics, ZoomInfo, EZMPS Database, and others.
- Gather competitive intelligence and provide feedback on customer satisfaction levels and offer recommendations to enhance procedures following each sale or upgrade.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions, and managing through to resolution.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives to generate and produce deal builds, handle pricing requests, draft proposals, contracts, and manage deal-related documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years in sales or customer service in sales environments.
- 2 years of experience assessing and presenting data in a sales-focused lens.
- 2 years’ experience in statistics and analytics.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel up to 50% as necessary to meet customer and prospect needs.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or
- Previous experience supporting a sales-cycle that extends beyond initial phone call and one-time transaction.
