Job Summary
Working in this role, you will be a key point of contact for both associates and guests. You will be a visible, mobile, always available presence in the assigned area. It will be expected that you establish trusting relationships with employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcomes customers to the workplace, confirms their requirements, and orients consequently
- Walks the space and is visible throughout the day to communicate with employees, gather their feedback, and assist them with their needs
- Collaborates to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situationsRemains aware of and prepares for major events, visits, presentations, etc.
- Maintains continual communication and interfaces with all departments throughout the site
- Answers and properly directs incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent hospitality experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to create and maintain a welcoming, hospitable environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under varying stressful conditions with a patient, calm and friendly demeanor
- Resourcefulness, professionalism, and poise
