Key Responsibilities:
- Go out to clients' homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project
- Follow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software (non-negotiable)
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer for all types of flooring service requests
- Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Business Manager
- Communicate customer needs/expectations to Project Coordinator to make jobs go smoothly
- Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
- Engage in ongoing training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
Pay: Potential earnings are $60,000 for the average sales rep. Above-average reps earn $80,000 to $110,000 .
