Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Wood Sales Associate, located on-site in Wilmington, NC. The Wood Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with wood product selections, maintaining product displays, and staying updated on our wood product inventory. Daily tasks also include handling sales transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and offering knowledgeable advice on wood products and installation.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience and product knowledge in wood flooring
- Ability to maintain product displays and handle inventory
- Basic computer skills and ability to process sales transactions
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in flooring retail is beneficial but not required
