Half Price Flooring, Las Vegas's top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help drive sales through phone outreach and customer engagement!

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities
- Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
- Schedule showroom appointments and initiate sales
- Follow up with potential customers to close deals and maximize earnings
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office
- Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and/or sales experience
- Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month
Payment structure is hourly wage, plus unlimited commission potential.
Salary : $52,000 - $100,000
