What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Artist - Janitorial Or Detail Cleaning position at Florian's Maintenance?
We have a variety of small shifts opening up.
From Seasonal Apartment Cleaning, to Weekly Janitorial.
Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation. from 4 hrs a week on up.
Currently seeking 1 potential new team member to join our crew!
The custodial duties include but are not limited to duties such as emptying trashes, cleaning restrooms, dusting, cleaning tables, vacuuming, mopping floors, etc.
Requirements:
- drivers license (or reliable transportation)
- 2 local references (owners, managers, supervisors, OR trainers, teachers, mentors)
- ability to lift 40 lbs
- ability to safely handle chemicals and waste products
- ability to swoop, bend, or crouch continuously throughout each shift.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
