The City of Delray Beach seeks a GIS Addressing Coordinator to join the Development Services Department under the direction of the Development Permit Manager. This position primarily provides customer service to property owners and developers in processing requests for the assignment and verification of addresses and updates and maintains the City’s master street address database in the enterprise GIS system. Addresses and street names are reviewed for compliance with the policies of the City’s Addressing and Street Naming Manual, adopted in 2022. The position will also maintain the Manual and process amendments, as needed. Coordination with other City Departments and external agencies is also a key function of this position.
