What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Support position at Florida Coast Equipment?
Yard Maintenance is responsible for:
- Yard maintenance will keep all areas of the yard clean of debris, obstacles, materials and supplies to create a safe, clean work environment
- positioning and retrieving equipment on the location's property
- Will have experience and training to operate equipment safely and efficiently as needed, (e.g.. Forklift)
- Parking lot maintenance- cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property
- Perform general laboring duties as assigned and when necessary as instructed by supervisors
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
