DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- A passion for preconstruction services within the construction industry.
- The ability to interact with subcontractors and provide them with scope of work and feedback.
- Recent experience Surveying and Quantifying materials / assemblies from drawings.
- Experience with construction estimating and take-off software.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
An established General Contracting firm specializing in projects up to $50 million for local, state and federal municipalities, including ground up and renovation / additions.
COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of up to $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
