QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Represent the company with various spheres of contacts, including clients, architects, consultants, property managers, building owners, GC’s, and other targeted client groups.
- Foster long-term accounts by offering diverse service packages, such as leak repairs, preventative maintenance, flashing upgrades, fit-outs, coatings, and small replacements.
- Build and maintain strong residential client relationships, prioritizing customer service for business referrals and repeat business.
- Drive the development of new residential territorial accounts through cold calling, prospecting, networking, telemarketing lead follow-up, target marketing, and business development meetings.
- Experience or familiarity with the construction/residential industry is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 2 years inside-sales experience and cold calling.
- Fluent in English. Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, especially oral/verbal. Ability to speak confidently, listen actively, handle objections.
- Be comfortable with outbound calls, meeting quotas (calls per day, leads generated, appointments set) and handling rejection.
- Basic technical/CRM/data-entry ability: comfortable using call-systems, logging leads, updating CRM.
- Using critical thinking and logic to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Must be able to pass drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check (a clean record is required).
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be polite and have a strong work ethic.
- Appearance that reflects favorably on Florida Construction Services.

You will be working directly with a team who handles residential remodeling projects and help define the culture and potential growth of the company by identifying areas of improvement and addressing project management needs, engagement and value. The ideal candidate is someone who has construction and carpentry experience as well as a proven track record of being dependable, professional and reliable.
