Requirements:
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- 1 year sales experience minimum
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by communicating with homeowners on the benefits of solar (door to door, cold calling, referrals, etc.) (if setting)
- Conduct in-home/virtual sales consultations (if closing)
- Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments
- Attend meetings and trainings with the team
- Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
