Summary
Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner in Endocrinology to join our Palm Coast & Ormond Beach facilities. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only.
• Experience in managing difficult Diabetes cases, pumps and keeping current on the latest medications and devices for Diabetes
• Clear English communication skills, written and oral
• Travel required, must have reliable transportation
• Work in collaboration with an Endocrinologist
• Great Customer Service and Communication skills with patients and their Primary Care Physicians
• 15 – 17 Patients per day
• Outpatient only
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited program, APRN, NP or PA program
• Advanced Practitioner Florida Licensure
• Minimum 2 years’ AP post licensing experience in Endocrinology
