POSITION SUMMARY:
BIDs design and create analytics solutions based on an inâ€depth knowledge of operational system usage. This level of knowledge requires a deep understanding of system build, end user workflows, and patterns of use. The best BIDs have both the technical skills required to design and author reports and the operational knowledge to help them understand what report consumers need to see. This role focuses on the EPIC system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Revenue Data Model Certification or achievement within 6 months of hire
- Clinical Data Model Certification or achievement within 6 months of hire
- Access Data Model Certification or achievement within 6 months of hire
- 2 years of professional reporting or analysis experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to answer key business questions using data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organization, problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
