What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multifamily Programs Manager position at Florida Housing Finance Corporation?

Two of the three sections within the Multifamily Programs Team are looking to hire one Multifamily Programs Manager. Please see the details of each position below:
Housing Credit Team:
About:
The Housing Credit Team provides non-profit and for-profit developers with federal tax credits. These credits are sold to investors to be used for a dollar-for-dollar reduction in their federal tax liability in exchange for equity to finance and develop low-income rental housing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of a development portfolio that includes tracking deadlines and development progress to ensure the development meets federal and corporation requirements.
- Review and preparation of program documents from application to final cost certification.
- Review of credit underwriting reports and final cos certifications.
- Scoring Applications.
- Responding to routine questions from stakeholders.
Loans & Bonds Team:
About:
The Loans & Bonds Team provides non-profit and for-profit developers with loans and bonds to use as a source of financing to develop low-income rental housing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of a development portfolio that includes credit underwriting and loan closings, modifications, and payoffs as well as ownership transfers.
- Review credit underwriting Reports and loan closing documents.
- Tracking receipt of recorded transcripts.
- Scoring Applications.
- Managing important deadlines.
- Responding to routine questions from stakeholders.
Salary : $58,700 - $74,400
