We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs for patients with strokes and neurological disorders that focus on rehabilitation for outpatient and home health treatment program.
- Work directly with patients in an outpatient, ALF and in home settings.
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress with their physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team of therapists, nurses and physicians to achieve well-rounded coordinated care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation in different settings, outpatients and home.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients to achieve better results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Licensed in the State of Florida
Salary : $40 - $75
