The Florida Podiatric Medical Association is seeking a well-organized Office Administrator/Manager to provide support to the Association’s Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and the efficiency of daily office operations, including completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
The Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA) was organized in 1927 for the purpose of advancing the science and art of Podiatric Medicine, promoting the benefits of scientific advancement in the treatment, prevention, and alleviation of podiatric ailments, and enhancing relationships within the Podiatric Medical profession and other groups dedicated to improving healthcare. FPMA currently unites more than 1,200 Podiatric Physicians in this common cause and serves as the voice for the profession in Florida.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Fiscal Management - Management of financial accounts and performance of accounting duties, in conjunction with CPAs
· Office Management - Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment and facilities
· Conference Management - Management of conference-related financials and assistance with general conference duties
· General Office Management -
-Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
-Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner, greeting and establishing rapport with FPMA members, clients, visitors, and all other individuals to provide a hospitable experience
-Overall assistance and support of CEO, other staff members and FPMA leadership
Salary Expectations
Salary commiserate with level of experience and education.
Education and Training Requirements
- Associate in Arts (AA) degree accepted; Bachelor of Arts preferred.
