Essential Job Functions
- • Exterior Cleaning and Maintenance:
o Wash windows and pressure clean hard surfaces.
o Vacuum, brush, and skim pools/spas.
o Dust, blow exterior house, outdoor furniture.
• Property Maintenance:
o Inspect properties for potential issues.
o Replace lightbulbs and batteries.
o Perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems are in optimal working condition.
• Preparation and Special Projects:
o Prepare the residence for family and guest visits, including overseeing arrivals and departures.
o Assist with seasonal opening and closing tasks.
o Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
• Miscellaneous Tasks:
o Drive and run errands as needed.
o Any additional task requested by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- • Experience:
o Previous experience maintaining high-end homes or working in a yacht environment.
• Knowledge and Skills:
o Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper application techniques.
o Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
o Basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, landscaping knowledge.
• Attributes:
o Trustworthy, reliable, and professional demeanor.
o Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
o Valid drivers license
