Your Impactful Role :
As a Compassionate Caregiver (Home Health Aide or CNA), you will be at the core of our mission, empowering clients to live their best lives. Your daily responsibilities will include :
- Personal Care : is when a caregiver will need to touch the individual to provide personal hygiene, assist with meals and meal preparation.
- Homemaking : is when you will provide light cleaning to the areas where the client spend majority of their time. (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, changing bed linen and may include meal preparation)
- Companionship : is when the HHA or CNA will be the client's partner during those hours of services. (i.e. sitting or walking with client)
- Respite : is a combination of all the services. This gives the primary caregiver / family member the opportunity to do things that they need to do away from home.
