Sterile Technician

The Sterilization Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in medical environments. This position involves the preparation, sterilization, and management of dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are safe for use in patient care.

Duties

• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Ensure proper organization and restocking of dental supplies
• Turn over and prepare treatment rooms between patients
• Assist with end-of-day tasks, including running chair lines
• Support the dental team as needed with various clinical and operational duties
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required – we are happy to train the right candidate!
