Administrative Tasks:Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments.
Front Desk Duties: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, and managing the front desk.
Billing and Insurance: Handling billing tasks, processing insurance claims, and managing financial transactions.
Patient Care:Patient Intake: Assisting in the completion of patient intake forms and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Vital Signs: Recording and monitoring patient vital signs as directed by the chiropractor.
Assisting with Therapies: Helping patients with prescribed therapies or exercises under the chiropractor's guidance.
Educating Patients: Providing information to patients about chiropractic care, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
Clinical Support:Preparing Treatment Rooms: Setting up treatment rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
Assisting Chiropractors: Providing support during chiropractic adjustments or other treatments.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas.
