What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is hiring an assembler for our production team.
This position will require you to assemble parts using hand and power tools. No prior experience in production is required. We are willing to train the right candidate for this job.
This is a full time, Monday through Friday position. The schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm with 40 hours guaranteed.
We promote from within, this is a permanent position with opportunities to grow.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering all materials needed for production
- Cleaning the workstation and machines
- Assembling products using hand tools and power tools
- Assisting the manager with their workload
- Reading blueprints to properly understand the work
- Loading and unloading products into a truck
- Assisting other departments if needed
- Logging work into our computer system
- Working in a team based environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a production environment is a plus but is not required
- The ability to use computers and type effectively
- Physical capability of lifting 25 pounds
- Great coordination and the ability to use tools
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
