Position Highlights Additional Job Description Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position in our Nursing Department for an Obstetrics Nurse Manager. The OB Nurse Manager works with the Nursing Services Director to provide direct administrative nursing supervision of the nursing staff to provide quality patient care. The OB Nurse Manager position is a 40-hour per week position paid hourly. Schedule will consist of 4 10-hour shifts, day and night shifts, and one weekend per every six weeks schedule. Applications will be accepted for a period of 30 days, with a closing date of June 27, 2025. OB Manager Responsibilities: Influences organizational policy development related to patient care. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory agencies and assures the current practices reflect current standards of practice. Assures that staff assigned to OB is appropriately trained and competent to deliver patient care. Reviews and revises the orientation process and defines competency testing items.
