Fluid Motion, LLC - Manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs - is looking to expand its lamination department. We are a growing company with many opportunities.
Pay:$25 /DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm
Summary: Lamination equipment maintenance / repair - Parts ordering and troubleshooting
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dismantles machines or equipment, replaces defective parts and motors, and adjusts feed mechanisms.
- Cleans and lubricates machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings.
- Replaces or repairs machine belts.
- Removes dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from machines.
- Painting machines or equipment to prevent corrosion.
- Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress.
- Follows all safety rules and directives- timely reporting of all workplace injuries or near misses
- Other duties as directed.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance and reach for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift.
- Ability to keep up with fast-paced environments.
- Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift.
